Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Caselle Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York) on a business day will begin processing that same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time refers to the period needed to verify, prepare, and pack your order before it is dispatched.

Transit Time

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 6–11 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time refers to the period after the order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s network.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, which includes both processing time and transit time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to all 50 U.S. states. All shipping fees listed on our website are displayed in USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@casellestudio.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@casellestudio.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, any cancellation or return request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
